For two weeks, Radio 1 occupied the grand hall of the Kunstberg in Brussels with its pop-upcafé #BEL10 and a temporary, custom-made recording studio for live broadcasting.

ShowTex installed 3200 m² sound absorbing Acoustic Baffles in the big echoey hall, almost matching the acoustics of a compact radio studio. On top of that, the radio presenters sat under a 3 m high construction with 300% pleated knotted Molton for extra damping. ShowTex installed even more black Molton to cover up the windows not only enhancing the acoustics, but also giving the studio an instant clean look.

A successful job worth repeating!
